Our representation in this area involves a variety of clients in the real estate industry throughout Georgia, the United States, and abroad. We are involved with the acquisition, development and sale of real estate, real estate syndications, zoning and land use planning, condemnation matters, mortgage foreclosure and other "workout" situations, as well as the development of office parks, condominium properties, and resort developments. Our firm enjoys a national recognition for its expertise and involvement in the development of resort and master plan communities representing the interest of developers, lenders, and various forms of community associations, including homeowners' associations and condominium associations. Our community association practice covers both local and national associations. We are also extensively involved in the design and implementation of club membership programs relating to golf and vacation clubs.
