I offer very flexible payment plans with only $309.00 typically required at the time we file your bankruptcy papers, which includes the Court filing fee and $100.00 of the attorney fees. With only $309.00 required up front, you can stop that foreclosure, garnishment, or repossession right now. The remaining balance of the attorney fees is payable over up to 6 months |
