Tennessee Associated Press Photo of the Month - January 2008. Joy Kimbro of the Maryville Daily Times is the winner of the Tennessee member photo contribution of the month for January. Her pictures shows Doug Satterfield, of Maryville, wiping away tears during a hearing at the Tennessee Supreme Court building in Knoxville, Tenn., as his daughter, Amelia, 18, leans on his shoulder January 7, 2008. The court is considering his late daughter Amanda's lawsuit against Alcoa Inc. The court will decide whether Alcoa is responsible for the asbestos-related death of Amanda Satterfield, who died from the disease in 2005 at age 25. The Satterfields are represented by Attorney Gregory F. Coleman of Coleman & Edwards, P.C., Knoxville, Tennessee.
